Λίγα λόγια για το λεξικό. Το λεξικό περιλαμβάνει λέξεις καταγεγραμμένες στο σώμα της πόλης, στις όψεις των κτηρίων. Ο αναγνώστης χρησιμοποιώντας το λεξικό, κυριολεκτικά διαβάζει την πόλη. Οι λέξεις συγκεντρώθηκαν κατά τη διάρκεια διαδρομών – περιπλανήσεων στο κέντρο της Πάτρας. Ταξινομούνται αλφαβητικά με βάση το όνομα της οδού από την οποία συλλέχθηκαν. Το λεξικό είναι ανοιχτό σε προσθήκες ονομάτων, σχολίων και ερμηνειών στο χρόνο. Η συσχέτιση ετερόκλητων στοιχείων δημιουργεί πληθώρα εικόνων και συνειρμών για την πόλη και τη ζωή σε αυτή. Το μικρό λεξικό με τον ενσωματωμένο ειδικό χάρτη μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί ως οδηγός για αστικές περιπλανήσεις. Μπορεί να αποτελέσει και αρχείο μελέτης και ερμηνείας του δρόμου ως παλίμψηστου κειμενικών ιχνών για μια συγκεκριμένη χρονική περίοδο. Σελίδες του λεξικού με τη μορφή αφίσας τοποθετήθηκαν μεγεθυσμένες σε σημεία των δρόμων που περιγράφουν. Οι λέξεις επανατοποθετήθηκαν στο σώμα της πόλης, με νέα μορφή, ακολουθώντας τους κανόνες ενός λεξικού.

A few words about the dictionary. The dictionary includes words that have been written on the body of the city, on the facades of buildings. By using the dictionary, the reader is able to literally read the city. The words were collected while following certain routes or just wandering around downtown Patras. They have been classified in alphabetical order, according to the name of the street where they were recorded. The dictionary is left open to the addition of names, comments and interpretations. The correlation of diverse elements creates a plethora of images and connotations about the city and life in it. The small dictionary with its incorporated special map can be used as a guidebook for urban drifting. It can also constitute an archive for the study and interpretation of the street as a palimpsest of textual traces during a specific time period. Pages of the dictionary were enlarged in the form of posters and placed at the exact locations they describe. The words were put back on the body of the city, in a new form, following the rules of a dictionary.
